TwinGP (“we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by TrioAI Solutions LLP, provides the TwinGP Windows application, Android application, and website (together, the “App” or “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the App.
Key points
- Ads in the app: We display third-party ads in the App (for example, via Google AdMob). Ad providers may collect limited device/usage data (such as advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, and diagnostics) to serve ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud.
- Usage limits: The App may apply usage limits (such as token allowances). After a limit is reached, you may choose to watch rewarded advertisements to unlock additional usage or contact us about premium options.
- Your chat history is local by default: Your chat history is stored on your device. Some data you submit (like prompts) is transmitted to provide AI features.
- AI processing uses third parties: To generate responses, we may send your inputs to third‑party AI model providers through our backend.
AI‑Generated Content Disclaimer
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and outputs. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate. You should not rely on AI outputs as professional advice (including medical, legal, or financial advice). Use your judgment and verify information when needed.
Wellness and support features (such as mental wellness or mood-support tools) are for general informational and conversational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental health diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. If you are in crisis or need clinical help, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Account information: If you create an account, we collect your email address and use a cloud authentication provider to manage sign‑in and account security. We do not store your plaintext password. If you choose to provide it during registration, we may also collect your mobile phone number and store it with your account profile.
- Signup preferences: During registration you may optionally tell us how you plan to use the App (for example, personal, business, or project use) or enter a promotional coupon code. We store this with your account record when provided.
- Legal consent: When you create an account, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. We may store the time and version of that acceptance with your account.
- User content: When you use chat and tools, you may provide text, and (depending on the feature) images, files, or voice input. This content is used to provide the feature you requested.
- Settings and app state: We may store limited app state such as account status, timestamps, and feature configuration in backend services (including a cloud database) to operate the App.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: We may collect basic technical information such as device type, OS version, language, app version, and diagnostic events (e.g., errors) to keep the App reliable and secure.
- Usage limits and quotas: We may store usage metrics (such as token consumption, cycle allowances, ad-gate progress, and subscription status) on your device and, for signed-in users, on our servers to enforce fair-use limits, prevent abuse, and sync your account across devices.
- Security and operational logs: Our systems may store short‑lived logs (e.g., request timestamps, IP address, and error details) for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
1.3 AI processing (how your prompts are handled)
- Through our backend: Your input is sent to our servers to route the request, enforce safety/abuse controls, and return the response.
- To third‑party AI model providers: We may send your input (and necessary context) to third‑party providers to generate responses. These providers process data on our behalf as service providers.
1.3.1 Data used for training
- We do not use your personal information to train our own AI models.
- Third‑party AI model providers may process your inputs according to their own policies and terms. Where available, we aim to use provider controls that reduce or prevent training on submitted content.
Important: Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts (for example: government IDs, bank details, highly sensitive health data). We strongly discourage sharing sensitive personal information (such as financial account details, government IDs, precise health records, or passwords) in prompts.
1.4 On‑device ML features (OCR and language identification)
The App may use on‑device ML components (for example, OCR and language identification) to support features. Depending on your device configuration, required ML models may be downloaded to your device to perform processing.
2. Permissions We Request (Android)
The App may request the following permissions, depending on the features you use:
- Internet (
android.permission.INTERNET): Required to sign in, call our backend, and fetch AI responses. - Microphone (
android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO): Used for voice input or speech features when you activate them. - Camera (
android.permission.CAMERA): Used when you choose to capture or upload images for vision features. - Foreground service (
android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE): Used to support certain long‑running operations while the App is active (where applicable). - Notifications (
android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used to show reminders/alerts if you enable them. - Exact alarms (
android.permission.SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM,android.permission.USE_EXACT_ALARM): Used for scheduled reminders (e.g., habit reminders) you set. - Media / storage access:
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES,READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE(Android 12 and below),WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE(Android 12 and below) — used only when you choose to pick or attach images or files.
You can control most permissions in your device settings. If you deny a permission, the related feature may not work.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide and operate the App (authentication, chat, tools, reminders).
- Deliver ads and measure ad performance.
- Process your requests and return AI outputs.
- Maintain safety, prevent abuse, and secure accounts and infrastructure.
- Fix bugs, improve reliability, and support users.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not use your data to sell personal information or track you across apps or websites for targeted advertising.
3A. Usage limits, rewarded ads, and premium access
The App may offer a free tier with usage limits (for example, a token allowance per cycle). When you reach a limit, we may:
- Prompt you to watch rewarded advertisements (only if you choose to tap to watch) to unlock additional usage; or
- Let you contact us about premium or subscription options described in the App or on our website.
Rewarded ads are provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). Ad networks may collect data as described in the Ads in the app key point above. We do not require you to watch ads to create an account or to use every feature, but some continued usage after a free allowance may depend on ads or a premium plan.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information only as described below:
- Service providers that help us operate the App, such as:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Functions) to support accounts and app operation.
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads to display ads, measure ad effectiveness, and detect invalid activity or fraud.
- Third‑party AI model providers to generate AI responses and power AI features.
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, networking) needed to run our backend.
- Legal and safety: If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or our services.
Ad networks may process device identifiers and related signals as part of providing ad services. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Content safety and moderation
We implement safety measures designed to reduce harmful, unsafe, or inappropriate content and to prevent abuse of the Service. Despite these measures, AI outputs may still be incorrect or inappropriate.
6. Location information
We do not collect precise location data (such as GPS location). Approximate location may be inferred from IP address and related network information for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and advertising purposes.
7. Storage, Retention, and Deletion
- Chat history (on device): Chat history is stored locally on your device (app private storage). You can delete chats from within the App. Uninstalling the App or clearing app data removes locally stored chat history.
- Cloud account data: Your account email and related authentication metadata are stored with our authentication provider while your account exists.
- Database records: Limited account/state records (e.g., user profile record and timestamps) may be stored in our cloud database for App operation.
- Logs: Security and operational logs may be retained for a limited period and then deleted or de‑identified, unless retention is required for security or legal reasons.
Device backups: Depending on your device backup settings, some app data may be included in device backups. You can control backups through your device settings.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information (including encryption in transit and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children’s Privacy and minimum age
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under the minimum age required in your country to use online services). You must meet the minimum age in our Terms of Service to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. Your Rights and Choices
- Access / update: You can update certain account information within the App (where available).
- Delete local content: You can delete chats locally in the App.
- Delete your account: You can request account deletion using the in‑app option (if available) or by contacting us.
- Ads choices: You can limit ad personalization in your device settings (for example, by resetting or limiting your advertising ID where available).
- Opt out of “sale/sharing”: We do not sell personal information.
If you are in the EEA/UK or other regions with similar laws, you may have additional rights (e.g., access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection). If you are in California, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.
11. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own (for example, where our providers operate). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and post the revised policy in the App and/or on our website. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice.
